The Ibanez FL99 Classic Flange is a rare flanger produced from 1997–1999 by Ibanez featuring the desireable MN3210 chip at the core of its design. The pedal has controls for speed, depth, manual, regeneration, a filter switch (similar to Eric Johnson's sound on 'High Landrons') and an 'intense' footswitch. Unit has true bypass (bypass works when the unit does not have power).
- Speed: Controls the speed/rate of the LFO wave that controls the delay time of the flanger
- Depth: Controls the depth/amplitude of the LFO wave that controls the delay time of the flanger
- Manual: Controls the center amount of delay of the flanger
- Regen: Controls the feedback/resonance of the flanger
- Filter On/Off: matrix filter function? (Filter on = LFO off?)
