Samson's Meteor Mic is a universal solution for recording music on your computer/iOS device. This USB microphone is perfect for the small home studio or for use in video conferencing. The Meteor Mic is a condenser cardoid microphone and uses Samson's largest diaphragm (25mm) to capture a sound with a straight frequency response and high detail in 16-bit 44.1/48 kHz resolution.
A headphone output with its own volume control can be used for zero-latency listening and a clear "mute" button is available to quickly turn off the microphone and thereby achieve privacy when video conferencing. No drivers are needed for the microphone - it can be used straight out of the box and is compatible with all major DAWs. To make the package complete, the Meteor Mic comes with a USB cable and a protective pouch.
