As a tribute to electric guitar pioneer Ted McCarty (1909-2001), PRS launched this model in 1994!
In this guitar, Paul and Ted's ideas, knowledge and innovations have flowed together into a guitar with classic thinking but with modern features and a vintage sound with innovative details that give you the opportunity to find your perfect sound! Paul's 58/15 pickups in combination with the slightly thicker, solid mahogany body give a warm & rich vintage tone but with a superb clarity and focused midrange.
