The 3-piece North American maple neck runs the entire length of the instrument and provides durability and stability.
The ebony fingerboard also gives a little extra sharpness and precision to the sound.
When it comes to electronics, Alex has spared no expense. This Euro model is equipped with Alex's signature Seymour Duncan Hammer Smashed Bass pickups and a Darkglass Tone Capsule powered by 18 volts. Alex's pickups were carefully customized with Seymour Duncan's Custom Shop to capture aggressive yet expressive sounds in all playing situations.
The Tone Capsule complements these pickups perfectly and enables precise control over a wide frequency range.
