Torpedo CAB M

Torpedo CAB-M DI box for electric guitar/bass, amplifiers and preamps with impulse response speaker emulation

Like its big brother Torpedo CAB, this box completely replaces the need to mic up a speaker for guitar or bass.

It works perfectly both for studio and live use. The concept of the Torpedo CAB-M is to combine an external signal (from a loadbox, distortion pedal or preamplifier, etc.) with the pedal's built-in digital speaker.

Mic up with 1 or 2 virtual microphones that are mixed to a mono signal. Connect your signal to the Torpedo CAB-M. Take the signal from the CAB-M and run it into a sound card DAW or into the FOH Live mix.

The simulation is based on IR (impulse response) technology. Choose from a variety of speakers and several of the most used studio microphones.

CAB-M also has an output stage simulator where you can choose different output stage tube types, e.g. 6L6, EL34 and EL-84 etc.

This means that you can either use it, plug in a pre-amp or even distortion pedals and simulate the compression and heat a tube output stage gives.

With Two Note's new software, you can control your settings from the computer as well as by phone (both IOS and Android). Torpedo Remote is the software where you can access all the parameters and functions of the CAB via your computer. The remote software helps you e.g. update Live and load new IR's, both Two-Note's own, as well as third-party IR's.
