The iconic all-analog slap-back echo is back, and in a smaller format.
The classic rarity of the Electro-Harmonix Slap-Back Echo from the late 70s is now available again in a less compact format.
The 50s were the foundation of the iconic echo that was used to create depth and rhythmic effects on countless recordings from that era. This all-analog reissue of the Slap-Back Echo delivers this classic sound but takes up less space on the pedalboard. There are three different delay times (45ms, 65ms & 100ms) to choose from as well as a boost function with up to +20DB boost, so the Slap-Back delivers subtle 'doubles' to energetic tight 'slap backs'.
The delay time is set with a switch with three positions, and you easily control Gain and Blend with the respective control. The Gain control regulates the input signal that goes into the circuit that generates the echo as well as regulates the volume which can be boosted up to +20dB. The Blend control adjusts the mix between the dry signal and the echo, from completely dry to just the echo signal.
