The Blackstar ID:CORE V4 is an upgraded version of the popular entry-level amplifier series ID:CORE V3. It offers a number of new features and improvements, making it an even more versatile and powerful tool for guitarists of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a full-fledged professional guitarist, you can appreciate, use and easily produce professional tones in a very compact and flexible format.

ID:CORE V4 has an immersive stereo sound with a wide soundstage. This makes it an excellent choice for both solo playing and the smaller rehearsal space. Right out of the box, an ID:CORE V4 sounds perfect with a great tone with its large soundstage. With guitarist-friendly controls, you can then start setting up your own sounds, which you then easily save to the amplifier.

ID:CORE V4 offers a number of different sound modes, from pure tones to massive distortion. This allows you to create a variety of sounds to suit different styles of music.

The basic sounds in ID:CORE V4:

• Clean Warm: A warm and soft tone suitable for e.g. blues, jazz.
• Clean Bright: A bright and clear tone perfect for rock, pop and country.
• Crunch: A rich and full tone for the rock and blues inspired.
• Super Crunch: A powerful and aggressive tone suitable for metal and hard rock.
• OD1: A classic distortion for rock and blues.
• OD2: Modern overdrive for heavier metal and hard rock.

ID:CORE V4 has a number of effects built in, including delay, modulation and reverb. This allows you to create your own unique sounds.

Delay: Adds a delay to the original sound, also known as echo.
Modulation: Changes the character of your sound. For example. phaser, chorus, tremolo.
Reverb: Adds a simulation of room reverberation.

The ID:CORE V4 has a built-in USB-C connection that makes it easy to record directly to your computer or live stream via your smartphone. This is a great feature for guitarists who want to share their playing with others. To play along with your favorite songs, you simply connect your tablet, computer or smartphone via the Line In input. If you then want to practice without disturbing, you just insert a pair of headphones into the headphone output.

The free Architect software gives you access to CabRig™ Lite, which is an advanced speaker simulator that also offers additional sound editing and management of your saved sounds.
