IC420-ABM Antique Blue Metallic Iceman
A classic Ibanez model that has more or less become an icon for hard rock, hard rock and metal. For 40 years, it has hung over the shoulder of musicians far and wide, and most of the time they have played music in the tougher direction. The model has such a clear visual language that there is nothing that the eyes have not already told you. A classic classic in the Ibanez stable.
The body is made of Okoume, a very beautiful type of wood that goes a little warmer and more mellow in terms of sound. The treble is a little softly rounded, but without losing clarity and separation. It has a pleasant hump in the middle register, which makes the sound during melody/solo playing fat and singing with long sustain.
The stable is a Gibraltar Performer, a solid and stable stable made of classic stucco. Very good transmission of string vibrations to the body for solid sustain and sung tone.
The entire surface of the stand is completely smooth and there is nothing that sticks into the hand when playing or that gets in the way when playing muted riffs.
