21" K Paper Thin Crash

With new technology, Zildjian's development team has designed a series of crashes that combine the characteristics of thin cymbals with the characteristics of cymbals in larger sizes, all of which are gathered in the now more legendary K-Zildjian series. The K Zildjian Paper Thin Crashes are available in sizes 18", 19", 20", 21" and 22".

The model is explosive and has a dark response with clear overtones that at the same time fade out in a fast and smooth way. The key to solving this is a unique manufacturing process where the cymbals are hammered in three different stages to bring out the tonal flexibility and nuances that give these cymbals their special sound. The thin construction provides a natural overtone rich register with a solid response in the lower frequencies, the result is a perfect addition to Zildjian's K series.
