Hand oiled finish on the necks

Music Man does most of the manufacturing by hand in San Luis Obispo, USA. Among other things, the necks are hand oiled, scrubbed and waxed. The guitars are wonderful to hold and have an excellent playing feel.

Head with 4 over 2 design

The distinctive 4 over 2 design (four screws over two under) with straight string runs provides superior tuning stability and eliminates the need for string trees.

Simplified neck adjustment

The drawbar adjustment wheel eliminates the need for specific tools or removing components when making neck adjustments.

Active noise reduction

Music Man's patented silent circuit Silent Circuit is the answer to the long-standing problem of electronic hum that plagues single-coil pickups. The circuit produces clearer tones without unwanted noise coming through the amplifier when playing with single coils.

Schaller tuning screws

Lockable high -end tuning knobs from Schaller make string changes quick and easy, and make tuning both smooth and precise.

Sculpted neck attachment with five bolts

The five - bolted neck joint provides ergonomic access to higher frets, perfect alignment and prevents the neck from moving. Cruelly!

Ernie Ball Music Man

Since 1984, Music Man has been part of the Ernie Ball family, but was founded back in 1974. We met the founders, Ernie and son Sterling Ball, for the first time at the Frankfurt Musikmesse in the early 70s - there and then we became agents for Ernie Ball, the start on a very fun collaboration.
