Terms of purchase

  • - We comply with the Distance Shopping Act and you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop via our webshop.
  • - It is important that the item you are returning is in unused condition and that all original packaging is intact.
  • - We only accept returns that are sent directly to our store in Gothenburg, as we do not have the opportunity to pick up returns via agents, bus goods or the like.
  • - The buyer is responsible for return shipping and we credit/refund returned products as soon as the shipment reaches us.
  • - Repurchase or exchange rights do not apply to products that contain software, wind instruments (for hygienic reasons), as well as modified or specially ordered products.
  • - For any service issues, contact us before you send, and attach a clear error description.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK), including VAT. The VAT is reported in your order together with any shipping costs before you confirm the purchase. In the case of a confirmed order, the prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond MUG's control, e.g. obviously incorrect prices, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT.

Payment

Payment by card takes place according to current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. Payment can be made via bank debit or credit card linked to Visa or MasterCard. Please note that the delivery recipient's name and address must match the card/account holder's name and address. Musik Utan Gränser HB does not charge any extra fees for card payments. We use security standards developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet. The transfer takes place with secure SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.

- Card payment: Select your card type at checkout and fill in your card number, the card's expiry month and your control number. The control number is the last three digits in the signature field on the back of your credit card when paying with VISA, Diners and Mastercard/Eurocard. The control number when paying with AMEX is the 4 digits above the card number on the front. When paying by card, your account statement will show "Musik Utan Gränser HB" for the current purchase.

- Internet banking (Nordea, Handelsbanken, Swedbank, SEB): Secure payment over the Internet, for you who are customers of Nordea, Handelsbanken, Swedbank or SEB and who are connected to their internet and telephone services. Upon payment, you are automatically redirected to login and log in in the usual way. Money is withdrawn directly from your bank account when you approve the transaction.

- Klarna AB/Invoice payment: An invoice is generated when ordering. The invoice is sent out together with the goods and with a 14-day payment deadline. Klarna AB checks online that the customer's information is correct, that the customer is over 18 years of age and that there are no payment complaints. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of the amount permitted by law is SEK 50 as well as late payment interest of 2% per month + applicable reference interest. For questions regarding reminder fees/interest, contact Klarna. A simplified credit check is carried out and delivery is only made to a registered/registered address, for purchases over SEK 2000 the usual credit check is carried out. Secrecy

Musik Utan Gränser HB guarantees, according to the Personal Data Act (PUL), that your personal data will never be disclosed to third parties.

Right of withdrawal

When buying in our online store or by phone, the Distance Shopping Act applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period starts to run from the day the customer has received the product. The item must be in the same good condition as when you received it, i.e. unused and undamaged. The product must be packed in original packaging. Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days, after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Reimbursement of the order amount is made after approved return. Artilleriet is not responsible for any transport damage during return shipment, so send your return well packaged. When purchasing an item that is not in stock, is specially manufactured/ordered or otherwise adapted for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Orders placed from October 25th to December 24th have extended right of withdrawal/open purchase until January 9th. The same conditions as for the normal right of withdrawal otherwise apply.

How to make a return

  1. 1. Fill in the return form: Return form from the Swedish Consumer Agency . Please ensure that information is correct and clear. Pack the item properly, using the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to the one in which the item was delivered to you. Don't forget to attach the package of return forms.
  2. 2. Return the item to Musik Utan Gränser using the return shipping slip you received. - When you use your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are always responsible for the return shipping, the return cost is SEK 80 incl. VAT for service point. The return shipping is adjusted in connection with the refund of your money. Returns are usually made in the same way as the goods are transported to you. Exceptions can be made if you wish to return only part of your order.
  3. Right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Exemption from the right of withdrawal

When purchasing a product that is manufactured or purchased especially for you and according to your specific wishes, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Examples of this are if you buy a modified item or a custom item that is purchased just for you. A sealed sound or image recording or a sealed computer program and the seal has been broken by the consumer. Wind instruments (for hygienic reasons). You can read all exceptions in the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Off Business Premises, Chapter 2, Sections 1 and 11.

Repayment obligation

Musik Utan Gränser HB shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

Complaint

You have the right to complain about a product if there is a manufacturing defect on the product. Contact us at info@mug.se and attach clear pictures of the incorrect item and state your order number. We will primarily exchange the product for a new one, alternatively if the product is out of stock, we will refund you for the product.

Guarantees

Musik Utan Gränser provides a 1-year product warranty, with the exception of used products where the warranty period is 6 months. Some specific products are covered by a longer warranty period, for example some digital pianos. If you are not sure how long the warranty period is on a certain product, you can of course contact us. All our products are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act. Transport damage

Important! Examine the shipping packaging before redeeming the package. If your package is damaged, you should not redeem it, but ask the delivery point to fill in a complaint and return it to us. Please be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive your delivery. If upon receipt of your item you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this must be stated when collecting the package or alternatively on the driver's waybill upon delivery. In order for goods with visible external transport damage to be claimed, the damage must have been noted on your waybill from the shipping company in connection with the receipt, ask the driver to note the damage and sign. If the transport is handed over without a signature, with a power of attorney, the transport cannot be claimed. If the transport company's regulations for transport liability are not followed, claims for shipping damage cannot be approved.

If you discover that the item is damaged after you have picked up the package and opened the packaging, you need to notify us at info@mug.se within 1-3 days. In order for us to be able to jointly complain about the damage to the carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within these 1-3 days, so it is important that you report the damage within this time. Keep the item with you and do not return it to us. Our transport supplier's procedures are that, pending investigation, the item may not be sent back to the store if the item has been damaged. Attach clear pictures of the damage and any damaged packaging in your email to info@mug.se and state your order number in your email. The contents and original packaging are saved in their original condition, so that we can inspect them if necessary. Remember that the address card must remain in place. The damaged shipment may not be used, repaired, returned or discarded.

Force majeure

We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in such situations where this is applicable. Musik Utan Gränser HB is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations in this agreement if the failure is based on extenuating circumstances as described below and the circumstance makes fulfillment difficult, prevents or delays. Such extenuating circumstances shall be considered to be, among other things, a authority's action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.

Incorrect information

We reserve the right to subsequently correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve the right for any errors in product information as well as price and stock balance. Even after the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation has been sent, we reserve the right to change the price and delivery time in the event of a printing error. If a product in Musik Utan Gränser's range has been discontinued or for some other reason is not available, Musik Utan Gränser is not obliged to provide such product regardless of the fact that the customer ordered the same as above. Once the customer has placed an order, Musik Utan Gränser cannot change the order, the return conditions apply.

Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not picked up no later than two weeks after delivery notification are charged with shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs with a total of SEK 295 including VAT. In the case of bulky mail, an extra fee is also charged according to the current shipping table. If the customer wishes the package to be sent out again, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

  1. Fee for untriggered shipment or failed delivery attempt: In cases where packages, letters or pallets/larger packages are returned to Musik Utan Gränser by the shipping company because the customer/recipient
  2. 1. not redeemed package from delivery point;
  3. 2. has not been found on the given telephone number for notification;
  4. 3. refused to accept the delivery; or
  5. 4. provided incorrect name, address or contact information, Musik Utan Gränser will charge the customer a fee. For letters and packages, the fee amounts to SEK 300 incl. VAT and for a pallet/larger package at SEK 600 incl. VAT. In cases where the shipping company or Musik Utan Gränser have agreed with the recipient on a day and time for delivery but the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, an additional fee of SEK 300 incl. VAT will be charged for a new delivery attempt.
