Lars Frederiksen's passive humbucking set (LF-DMF) is a modern twist on an old-fashioned classic. The set is dressed in black chrome covers, double rows of adjustable poles and custom coil windings that make this set as unique as the rock star it was created for. The LF-DMF set has a ceramic magnet stand microphone for clean and clear treble and an Alnico 5 neck microphone for a rhythmic midrange with power. Each microphone has its own coil windings for its unique characteristics.
The microphones are encapsulated to keep microphonics to an absolute minimum.
The stainless black chrome cover does not interfere with the inductance of the microphones and prevents a cloudy midrange. Dual rows of adjustable poles together with custom coil windings ensure the best noise rejection obtainable from a passive microphone.
