The HP310LBC has the same longboard footplate, double chain and sprocket as the best-selling Speed Cobra. Big brother HP910 certainly has sharper features and more adjustment options, but little brother HP310 has the same good balance and dynamic playing feel.
- Longboard footplate - Provides speed and power as well as room for "heel-toe" technique. The surface of the footplate has low friction to facilitate so-called "slide" game technique where the foot slides forward on the footplate for the second stroke in double strokes.
- Recessed Setting/Lite Sprocket - The Speedcobra has a round sprocket so that the playing feel is naturally flexible and the pedal reacts hyper-fast but still powerful.
- Lite Sprocket - The Speedcobra's sprocket is 40% lighter than the equivalent wheel on the Iron Cobra.
- Spring Tension/ Beater Angle Adjustment - Spring resistance and beater angle are adjustable.
