Ibanez has been the market leader in 7-string guitars for many years now:
The RG7320EX is a 7-string model in the Ibanez Standard series, with an Edge-Zero II-7 tremolo. A guitar that works for far more than just low riffs that make your pants flutter.
The guitar has a 3-piece Wizard II-7 maple neck. The neck is a standard 648mm/25.5" scale.
The body is made of Mercati, a mahogany-like wood, which provides an even frequency response across the entire register. The even frequency reproduction also makes it very suitable for distorted sounds, it glues the sound together nicely without it being either scattered or indistinct.
