Music Man was started by Leo Fender and his two colleagues from Fender and began manufacturing amplifiers, electric guitars and electric basses. Today's Cutlass is an extremely well-built further development of the design Music Man did in the 70s. And here no expense has been spared to create a premium guitar. Music Man has been part of the Ernie Ball family since 1984 .
The body is, as it should be, made of alder, the neck is rusted maple with stainless frets. Music Man's tremolo system in combination with lockable tuning screws from Schaller guarantees a guitar that keeps the tune, in addition there is a compensated saddle for better intonation.
